Christos Chomenidis was born in 1966 in Athens where he studied Law. In 1993 he published his first novel «The Wise Child» which launched his career as a professional writer. His subsequent four novels and lots of his short stories were translated in various languages (French, English, Lithuanian, Polish, Hebrew). His novel, «The House and the Cell», published by Patakis Publishers in 2005, has been a huge commercial success and turkish rights have been sold. Chomenidis has also written the script for a movie and a TV series.
