Strolling down the streets thinking

Yorgos Skabardonis has writeen several collections of short stories, as well as novels. In 1993 he was awarded the State Prize for Best Short Stories Collection. He has also been editor-in-chief of several newspapers and literary supplements. His novels have been adapted for the theatre, while he co-wrote the script for the film "It's a long road" (1998) by the renowned director Pantelis Voulgaris.
