Santa’s Prayer

Marilou is given a toy dog as a Christmas present and she prays to Santa Claus asking Him to make it alive, although her parents would not assent. That very night her prayer –a sparkling fluffy butterfly– lands onto Santa Claus’s hands. Santa holds it perplexed, knowing of course that Marilou’s parents do not want a real dog in their flat. So, not wishing to interfere in their domestic affairs, He puts Marilou’s prayer on the Shelf of Thought. But very soon strange things start happening with Marilou’s toy dog…
