Leaving the body behind

Theodoros Grigoriadis was born in Kavala, Northern Greece, in 1956. He studied English Literature at the University of Thessaloniki. He has published eight novels, «Hidden People» 1990, 2002, «The Sailor» 1993, «The Dancer in the Oliveyard» 1996, «The Waters of Hersonisos» 1998, «Partali: The Story of a Man who Dressed as a Woman» 2001 (published in French by Editions Alteredit), «Outside the Body» 2003, «Alouza: A Thousand and One Lovers» 2005, «The Wrestler and the Dervish» 2010, a novella «Second Birth» 2009 and two collections of short stories, «The Ancient Phallus» 1991, 1995 & «Maps» 2007.
