After Erdogan, what next?

Stavros Lygeros is one of the most credible journalists and political analysts in Greece. He was a member of the coordinating committee at the Athens Polytechnic Institute student uprising in November 1973, and has written books on a wide variety of topics, including: the student movement and class warfare in Greece, the decline of Greece's social democratic party, the regional problems arising from FYROM's unsubstantiated claim to the name Macedonia, the dissolution of Yugoslavia and the Balkans, Neo-Ottomanisn, Islamic terrorism, and their relationship to the United States, the role of corruption and the Greek economic crisis, and a forecast of Turkish politics in the post-Erdogan era. He has participated as a contributing author in several collective volumes and has written dozens of studies on international relations, European unification, as well as Greek foreign and domestic policy issues. In addition, he has worked for newspapers, as well as radio and television stations. Kostas Melas has been teaching Economics at the Panteio University, since 2001. He has also taught at the Pireus University (1996-2009). Meanwhile, he was working at Emporiki Bank (1985-2010). He has published numerous nonfiction books about Economics and Politics.
